Circle of Change Approach
Founded in 2010, The Circle of Change is a giving circle that supports 501c3 nonprofit organizations and/or fiscally sponsored projects that make transformative, positive social change within the Asian American/Pacific Islander (AAPI) communities in Southern California and that directly engage AAPI community members in this critical work.
As a pooled fund of individual giving, The Circle of Change supports community needs typically left behind by traditional philanthropic efforts. Now, a decade after the founding of the Circle, there are unprecedented social, health and economic needs caused by discrimination and racial injustices levied on AAPI and all communities of color.
We have an opportunity to take action by leveraging our resources, learning, reaching out and supporting those working on the forefronts to combat racial and economic injustice.
Circle of Change membership is a minimum of $500 each giving cycle. Circle of Change is a donor advised fund of Liberty Hill Foundation. All donations are fully tax deductible.
