LA Forward Honors Liberty Hill Donor Activists
Last month, community organization LA Forward hosted its Spring Into Action: A Garden Party Fundraiser to raise awareness of its local work to strengthen democracy and address social justice issues in L.A.
This year’s event honored Liberty Hill donor activists Andy Bartholomew and Allison Thomas for their support of LA Forwards’ critical work to transform LA County into a fair, flourishing place for everyone. Local non-profit Inclusive Action for the City was also recognized and honored for their frontline work as a community development organization.
As active members of the LA Forward community, both Andy and Allison are generous supporters of the organization’s work to advance local progressive organizing in Los Angeles County. They also contribute generously to many L.A. organizations including Liberty Hill Foundation, where they are both active.
As a Liberty Hill donor activist, Allison is a strong supporter of the foundation’s electoral engagement work and Liberty Vote! initiative as well as an active member of the Environment + Justice Giving Circle. Andy has been part of the Liberty Hill donor community since 2019 and helped launch the NextGen Giving Circle as founding Co-Chair.
