Diego Bravo, Program Director, Ready to Rise
Diego joins Liberty Hill as our new Program Director of the Ready to Rise program and will work with government, foundation, and community partners to expand opportunities, resources, community-defined practices, and enrichment services for LA youth. With close to a decade of experience working in the nonprofit sector, Diego brings his expertise in resource development and policy advocacy to our Youth & Transformative Justice team.
Diego comes to Liberty Hill after eight years at the Oakland-based organization, Safe Passages, where he worked on research and advocacy for various community-defined evidence practices. Welcome to the team, Diego!
