Communications:
Andres Magaña: Deputy Director of PR & Community Engagement
Andres comes to Liberty Hill from The Wall Las Memorias, where he served as the Director of Community Engagement and Communications. During his tenure, he oversaw agency outreach efforts to maximize service impact for Los Angeles County communities around healthcare and mental health campaigns. He also previously served as the Echo Park Field Organizer for the John Choi for City Council Campaign. He received his Bachelor of Liberal Arts in Political Science from Loyola Marymount University and is a member of the Los Angeles County Care with Pride Community Advisory Board.
Programs & Partnerships:
Sabrina Chu: Grants Associate
Sabrina joins us as a Grants Associate on the Programs and Partnerships team, working on the administration of program and donor-advised fund grants. She most recently worked at Asian Youth Center, supporting development systems and events, and working directly with youth. Sabrina graduated from Cal State Polytechnic University, Pomona, and has been involved with research through the Asian American Transnational Research Initiative.
