The Senior Director, Marketing Communications (SDMC) will report to the Chief Communications Officer and collaborate closely with the Communications team to shape and execute Liberty Hill’s marketing strategy. This role oversees key marketing efforts, including digital marketing, event marketing, social media, content marketing, and an annual marketing campaign designed to expand engagement, increase influence, and reinforce Liberty Hill’s position as the leading progressive funder in the region.

Executive Assistant and Board Liaison [Apply Here]

The Executive Assistant to the CEO (EA) works independently to anticipate and respond to the evolving needs of the CEO and organization. This role oversees all logistics related to the Board of Directors, including meeting coordination, communications, document management, and event planning, and serves as the primary liaison between the CEO, Board members, and internal staff. The EA also handles confidential internal and external communications, oversees high-level administrative functions, and ensures seamless collaboration across departments.

Junior Staff Accountant [Apply Here]

The Junior Staff Accountant will play a critical role in supporting the Finance & Accounting team by ensuring the accurate recording of revenue, maintaining accounts receivable, and assisting with various financial processes. You should be a detail-oriented and highly organized individual looking to develop your accounting skills within a philanthropic organization. The Junior Staff Accountant will work closely with Advancement, program teams, and finance staff to ensure proper recording and reconciliation of revenue streams, compliance with funder requirements, and timely financial reporting.

This senior leadership role drives the integration of the Foundation’s new Strategic Plan into programmatic strategies, aligning efforts with the evolving social justice landscape while ensuring effective management, compliance, and oversight of government contracts and program budgets.

The Vice President of Impact Operations provides operational leadership and team management for Liberty Hill Foundation’s programs, ensuring that the systems, processes, and structures are in place to advance the organization’s North Star of building power in communities most impacted by systemic oppression. This senior leadership role drives the effective implementation of the Foundation’s Strategic Plan by operationalizing strategic objectives and embedding accountability, efficiency, and collaboration into daily programmatic activities.

Director Systems, Technology & Operational Efficiency [Apply Here]

The Director of Systems, Technology & Operational Efficiency (DSTOE) will play a pivotal role in supporting Liberty Hill Foundation’s mission by overseeing operational functions and initiatives while coordinating the implementation of the IT Strategic Plan. You will work closely with external consultants and various stakeholders to ensure that technology systems, processes, and infrastructure meet the evolving needs of the organization. The (DSTOE), will also serve as the primary liaison between the Operations team and external partners, ensuring efficient, secure, and compliant operations.
